Celle-ci repose essentiellement sur la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes de travail, ou plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment aujourd\u2019hui des \u00e9quipes de projet charg\u00e9es d\u2019innovation<sup>1<\/sup>. Pla\u00e7ons-nous au niveau du management de ces \u00e9quipes et voyons ensemble 6 leviers pour stimuler leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vision (<em>Vision<\/em>)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><em>vision<\/em> <\/strong>est une id\u00e9e hautement valoris\u00e9e et li\u00e9e \u00e0 un objectif supra-ordonn\u00e9. Elle agit comme une force motivationnelle au niveau de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En proposant une vision claire \u00e0 ses salari\u00e9s, un chef d\u2019entreprise peut fortement am\u00e9liorer la performance globale de son organisation. La vision permet aux membres des \u00e9quipes de canaliser leurs efforts autour d\u2019un objectif valoris\u00e9 qui donne un sens positif \u00e0 leur travail. Par ce biais, elle augmente la motivation des salari\u00e9s et ainsi leur performance<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre efficace, l\u2019objectif mise en avant par la vision, doit \u00eatre clair et per\u00e7u comme atteignable. De plus, les membres des \u00e9quipes de travail doivent ressentir de l\u2019implication et de la responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bienveillance participative (<em>Participative safety<\/em>)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><em>bienveillance participative<\/em><\/strong> se rapporte \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la participation des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe aux d\u00e9cisions qui la concernent et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un climat de confiance au sein de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En favorisant la bienveillance participative, la manager am\u00e9liore l\u2019innovation de l\u2019\u00e9quipe<sup>4<\/sup> par trois voies. Premi\u00e8rement, il permet aux membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019exprimer leurs id\u00e9es sans crainte d\u2019un jugement n\u00e9gatif par les autres. Deuxi\u00e8mement, il favorise la communication au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et incite ses membres \u00e0 accepter plus facilement que leur contribution soit v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e par les autres. Troisi\u00e8mement, il facilite l\u2019apprentissage partag\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, en encourageant ses membres \u00e0 communiquer sur leurs erreurs et \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur leurs diff\u00e9rences de points de vue<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour mettre en place un climat de bienveillance participative, le manager doit favoriser la confiance et la collaboration au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Il doit \u00e9viter la comp\u00e9tition et les comparaisons entre ses membres, mais plut\u00f4t r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe comme un groupe uni et adopter un discours inclusif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soutien \u00e0 l\u2019innovation (<em>Support for innovation<\/em>)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong><em>soutien \u00e0 l\u2019innovation<\/em> <\/strong>concerne, pour un salari\u00e9, le sentiment que s\u2019il propose une id\u00e9e innovante (par exemple, une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de faire une t\u00e2che), celles-ci sera appuy\u00e9e (moralement et\/ou pratiquement) au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019organisation soutient l\u2019innovation, ses salari\u00e9s sont plus enclins \u00e0 prendre des risques. Ceci \u00e9vite qu&rsquo;ils gardent une bonne id\u00e9e pour eux et les encourage \u00e0 la partager<sup>5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La culture d\u2019entreprise est un bon moyen de mettre en avant le soutien de l\u2019organisation \u00e0 l\u2019innovation. En pla\u00e7ant l\u2019innovation comme une valeur, comme une norme, elle incite les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019y conformer. Au sein des \u00e9quipes, il est int\u00e9ressant pour le manager (a) de montrer de la souplesse, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire une certaine ouverture au changement, (b) d\u2019encourager la proposition d\u2019id\u00e9es nouvelles en les r\u00e9compensant et\/ou en les approuvant publiquement, et (c) de valoriser la prise de risque en expliquant que les \u00e9checs sont accept\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orientation sur la t\u00e2che (<em>Task orientation<\/em>)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<strong><em>orientation sur la t\u00e2che<\/em><\/strong> d\u00e9crit le partage au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019une volont\u00e9 de fournir un travail de qualit\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la t\u00e2che qui lui est confi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019orientation sur la t\u00e2che agit comme une motivation intrins\u00e8que. De plus, elle facilite la r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la t\u00e2che, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la prise de recul par rapport aux objectifs de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et la r\u00e9flexion autour des strat\u00e9gies qu\u2019elle met en place pour les atteindre. Par ce biais, l\u2019\u00e9quipe produit des id\u00e9es de meilleurs qualit\u00e9s, favorisant ainsi sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<sup>6<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le style de leadership impacte l\u2019orientation sur la t\u00e2che. En effet, en adoptant un leadership participatif<sup>6<\/sup> ou authentique<sup>7<\/sup>, le manager guide l\u2019\u00e9quipe vers une plus grande r\u00e9flexion autour de la t\u00e2che, favorisant ainsi l\u2019innovation et la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coh\u00e9sion (<em>Cohesion<\/em>)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><em>coh\u00e9sion<\/em> <\/strong>correspond \u00e0 l\u2019engagement de ses membres pour leur \u00e9quipe et la volont\u00e9 de la maintenir unie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, la coh\u00e9sion fa\u00e7onne un climat serein, favorable \u00e0 la prise de risque et \u00e0 l\u2019engagement commun de ses membres autour de l\u2019accomplissement de leur travail. De plus, elle ouvre \u00e0 un cercle vertueux, o\u00f9 la coh\u00e9sion favorise la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la coh\u00e9sion<sup>8<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Favoriser la coh\u00e9sion au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe passe, pour le manager, par le besoin d\u2019appartenance de tout un chacun (voir notre article <a href=\"https:\/\/laboragora.com\/index.php\/2018\/03\/12\/depasser-maslow-le-modele-bucket\/\">D\u00e9passer Maslow : le mod\u00e8le BUC(k)ET<\/a>). Plusieurs moyens peuvent l\u2019aider \u00e0 y parvenir, comme (a) l\u2019usage d\u2019un discours inclusif, pr\u00e9sentant l\u2019\u00e9quipe comme un groupe coh\u00e9rent \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 claire, (b) l\u2019adoption l\u00e0 encore d\u2019un leadership participatif, ou (c) la mise en avant de l\u2019entraide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication (<em>Internal and External communication<\/em>)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"Textbody\">La <strong><i>communication<\/i> <\/strong>est un pilier de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9quipe et de l\u2019innovation de l\u2019entreprise. Elle comporte deux faces. La premi\u00e8re est la communication interne. Elle correspond aux \u00e9changes d\u2019informations au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de travail. La deuxi\u00e8me est la communication externe. Elle concerne les \u00e9changes entre les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et les personnes qui lui sont ext\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"Textbody\">Une bonne communication \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00e9quipe permet une bonne circulation des informations poss\u00e9d\u00e9es par chacun de ses membres. Une bonne communication \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00e9quipe enrichit les connaissances de ses membres, en leur apportant de nouvelles informations. La richesse qui en r\u00e9sulte est un puissant moteur de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le leadership transformationnel aidera le manager qui veut stimuler la communication au sein et autour de son \u00e9quipe<sup>9<\/sup>.
