Parall\u00e8lement, l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du jeu dans le monde du travail est de plus en reconnu. Pour exemple, une \u00e9quipe internationale a montr\u00e9 des retomb\u00e9es positives du jeu pour le leadership et la formation<sup>1<\/sup>. Si la gamification s\u2019inspire le plus souvent des mini-jeux, d\u2019autres techniques plus pouss\u00e9es commencent \u00e0 voir le jour. Celles bas\u00e9es sur les jeux de r\u00f4le nous apparaissent particuli\u00e8rement prometteuses.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Gamification (ou ludification)&nbsp;: Transfert des m\u00e9canismes du jeu dans d\u2019autres domaines, comme le management ou la formation (<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ludification\">Wikip\u00e9dia<\/a>).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h1>Une technique qui fait ses preuves<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si le jeu de r\u00f4le (JdR) est souvent connu sous sa forme purement r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative (jeux de r\u00f4le sur table, jeux vid\u00e9o de r\u00f4le, \u2026), il est depuis longtemps utilis\u00e9 dans d\u2019autres domaines, comme la psychoth\u00e9rapie ou la formation (simulation de vol pour les pilotes, par exemple). Aujourd\u2019hui, ses utilisations s\u2019\u00e9tendent et d\u00e9voilent des apports tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants pour les entreprises (d\u00e9taill\u00e9s dans le prochain paragraphe).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Jeu de r\u00f4le (JdR, ou RPG pour role-playing game)&nbsp;: Activit\u00e9 ludique o\u00f9 chaque participant interpr\u00e8te un personnage et participe \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une fiction collective (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffjdr.org\/ce-devez-savoir-jeu-role\/definitions-du-jeu-role\/\">FFJDR<\/a>).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En effet, depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, les \u00e9tudes se multiplient sur le JdR et montrent des retomb\u00e9es positives dans plusieurs domaines. Concernant la formation, une \u00e9quipe de chercheurs grecs a propos\u00e9 que le JdR en ligne contribue \u00e0 un meilleur apprentissage. Il a notamment facilit\u00e9 la coop\u00e9ration entre apprenants<sup>2<\/sup>. De mani\u00e8re plus sp\u00e9cifique, des techniques similaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s pour la formation d\u2019architectes<sup>3<\/sup> et l\u2019entrainement d\u2019infirmi\u00e8res<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si la formation reste un th\u00e8me fr\u00e9quent, ajoutons que le JdR a aussi fait ses preuves dans le domaine de la communication publique. Des chercheurs am\u00e9ricains ont ainsi utilis\u00e9 un JdR en ligne pour sensibiliser au d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique<sup>5<\/sup>. En jouant, les participants voyaient les cons\u00e9quences de leurs choix sur diff\u00e9rents indicateurs, comme les \u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> ou le prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que les participants comprenaient mieux les m\u00e9canismes du changement climatique et l\u2019impact des politiques environnementales. Mais d\u2019autres apports, davantage centr\u00e9s sur les entreprises, voient le jour.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\">Des apports multiples pour l\u2019entreprise<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il d\u00e9coule de la recherche que le JdR a de multiples int\u00e9r\u00eats pour les entreprises, notamment dans la formation, mais \u00e9galement dans la coop\u00e9ration entre parties prenantes et le management d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Le management d\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le management d\u2019\u00e9quipe semble tout indiqu\u00e9 pour le JdR. En effet, il s\u2019incarne le plus souvent comme une activit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s focalis\u00e9e sur la coop\u00e9ration, les joueurs devant faire \u00e9quipe pour vaincre le jeu. En cela, le JdR montre beaucoup de potentiel pour am\u00e9liorer la coh\u00e9sion de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Notamment, il devient int\u00e9ressant lors de la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir d\u2019embl\u00e9e des liens entre ses membres, ceux-ci ne se connaissant pas encore. De plus, l\u2019aspect ludique du JdR est \u00e0 m\u00eame de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une ambiance positive au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">La formation<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La gamification, et notamment les serious games, ont montr\u00e9 leur efficacit\u00e9 pour la formation des salari\u00e9s. Le JdR en incarne une forme plus pouss\u00e9e, en se pr\u00e9sentant comme une simulation d\u2019une situation r\u00e9elle. Il s\u2019\u00e9carte donc des serious games en questions-r\u00e9ponses et favorise la mise en pratique. De plus, le JdR incorpore une dimension interpersonnelle, puisqu\u2019il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs, le plus souvent de mani\u00e8re collaborative. En cela, il pr\u00e9sente un fort int\u00e9r\u00eat dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la coop\u00e9ration entre apprenants, mais \u00e9galement une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du facteur social dans la situation qu\u2019il simule.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">La coop\u00e9ration entre parties prenantes<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une utilisation originale du JdR a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s par des chercheurs fran\u00e7ais<sup>6<\/sup>. Concernant la gestion de l\u2019eau, elle a permis une meilleure communication entre les parties prenantes, pourtant tr\u00e8s diverses. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, cette id\u00e9e devient int\u00e9ressante pour favoriser la coop\u00e9ration entre parties prenantes. Notamment, elle peut prendre la forme d\u2019une aide \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation, comme l\u2019a d\u2019ailleurs fait une \u00e9quipe am\u00e9ricaine<sup>7<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\">Conclusion<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De plus en plus utilis\u00e9 hors du domaine ludique, le JdR est l\u2019objet d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats croissants pour son application au monde de l\u2019entreprise. Sa richesse et sa flexibilit\u00e9 en font une technique prometteuse, applicable dans de multiples domaines, comme le management, la formation ou encore l\u2019aide \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation.
