N\u00e9e de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, elle incite \u00e0 se pencher davantage sur les facteurs permettant son \u00e9mergence. L\u2019un des plus importants concerne les relations sociales entretenues par les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 apparait avant tout par l\u2019\u00e9change des points de vue, des id\u00e9es et des perspectives des personnes. La confrontation de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments met les salari\u00e9s face \u00e0 des informations nouvelles et parfois contraires, les incitants \u00e0 sortir des sentiers battus. Autrement dit, ces flux d\u2019informations favorisent l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une forme de pens\u00e9e dite \u00ab&nbsp;divergente&nbsp;\u00bb chez les personnes. Or, ces informations sont v\u00e9hicul\u00e9es par les relations sociales. En effet, l\u2019attitude que nous avons \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des autres les incitent ou non \u00e0 partager avec nous leurs connaissances et leurs points de vue. De la sorte, les relations deviennent centrales d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019on s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, puisqu\u2019elles peuvent autant la galvaniser que la desservir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet article nous pr\u00e9senterons deux facteurs importants qui impactent les relations sociales&nbsp;: la bienveillance envers ses coll\u00e8gues et l\u2019ouverture aux exp\u00e9riences nouvelles. Nous verrons comment ils peuvent constituer de v\u00e9ritables leviers pour la performance cr\u00e9ative des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La bienveillance : transmettre les id\u00e9es<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La bienveillance envers ses coll\u00e8gues est un concept large englobant de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Parmi eux, on compte l\u2019\u00e9coute et la reconnaissance de l\u2019autre, l\u2019attention envers ses besoins ou encore la mise en avant de ses qualit\u00e9s plut\u00f4t que de ses d\u00e9fauts<sup>1<\/sup>. L\u2019engagement des salari\u00e9s dans ce type de mani\u00e8re d\u2019\u00eatre va avoir un impact cons\u00e9quent sur la transmission et l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019id\u00e9es nouvelles dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement, \u00eatre bienveillant envers autrui lui envoie des signaux positifs, l\u2019incitant davantage \u00e0 partager ses connaissances et ses points de vu avec nous. En cela, la bienveillance s\u2019incarne comme un message d\u2019ouverture \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences diff\u00e9rentes, ce qui facilite la transmission d\u2019id\u00e9es entre les personnes. Deuxi\u00e8mement, elle am\u00e8ne une acceptation de l\u2019identit\u00e9 propre \u00e0 autrui, ainsi qu\u2019une reconnaissance et une valorisation de l\u2019interd\u00e9pendance entre l\u2019autre et nous-m\u00eame<sup>1<\/sup>. Ce point favorise l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019\u00e9motions positives, reconnues pour rendre globalement les personnes plus efficaces dans leur travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cela, la bienveillance facilite la r\u00e9flexion sur son propre travail et celui de ses coll\u00e8gues, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9e comme b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l\u2019apprentissage et la performance.<sup>2<\/sup> Cette discussion accrue autour de la mani\u00e8re de faire les choses implique une forme de pens\u00e9e plus profonde et aboutie, mais \u00e9galement plus divergente dans le sens o\u00f9 l\u2019apparition de contradictions dans la discussion incite \u00e0 explorer de nouveaux champs d\u2019id\u00e9es. Ces points mis ensemble favorisent \u00e0 leur tour la performance cr\u00e9ative des employ\u00e9s<sup>3<\/sup>, dans et autour des \u00e9quipes de travail concern\u00e9es par l\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la relation purement interindividuelle, l\u2019engagement dans des comportements bienveillants agit de mani\u00e8re plus macroscopique, au niveau organisationnel. En effet, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 lui les informations circulent plus efficacement au sein de l\u2019organisation. Ces \u00e9changes facilit\u00e9e entre membres des \u00e9quipes, mais aussi entre eux et les leaders am\u00e8ne une performance cr\u00e9ative accrue.<sup>4<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019ouverture&nbsp;: int\u00e9grer les id\u00e9es<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la transmission d\u2019informations est importante, l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles id\u00e9es ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0&nbsp;: il reste aux salari\u00e9s \u00e0 agencer et combiner ces id\u00e9es. Un point important dans l\u2019apparition de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans une forme de pens\u00e9e dite \u00ab&nbsp;divergente&nbsp;\u00bb, autrement dit de sortir des chemins connus pour explorer de nouveaux champs. L\u2019\u00e9mergence de cette forme de pens\u00e9e cr\u00e9ative est permise par la confrontation \u00e0 des id\u00e9es parfois contradictoires, qui incite \u00e0 les remettre en cause. Bien s\u00fbr, ceci a d\u2019autant plus de chances d\u2019arriver que le salari\u00e9 \u00e0 acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un grand nombre d\u2019informations, notamment par le biais du partage avec ses coll\u00e8gues. N\u00e9anmoins, il importe \u00e0 la personne d\u2019int\u00e9grer ces id\u00e9es et points de vu oppos\u00e9s, plut\u00f4t que de les rejeter. Entre alors en lice l\u2019ouverture aux exp\u00e9riences nouvelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la mani\u00e8re dont les personnes vont transformer les informations re\u00e7ues en id\u00e9es innovantes d\u00e9pend de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accepter des \u00e9l\u00e9ments parfois contraires et \u00e0 les int\u00e9grer ensemble pour en former de nouveaux<sup>5<\/sup>. L\u2019ouverture permet cela dans le sens o\u00f9 elle permet un meilleur accueil, voire une recherche, d\u2019informations diverses. De plus, elle implique une forme de raisonnement plus perm\u00e9able, \u00e0 m\u00eame de relier des id\u00e9es qui ne le seraient pas directement. L\u2019apparition de ces liens nouveaux, permise par la confrontation des informations, ouvre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019id\u00e9es plus cr\u00e9atives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La bienveillance et l\u2019ouverture aux exp\u00e9riences permettent, d\u2019une part une stimulation du partage des id\u00e9es et ainsi leur transmission et, d\u2019autre part d\u2019une meilleure int\u00e9gration de ces informations pour produire de nouvelles id\u00e9es. De la sorte, bienveillance et ouverture se combinent. En effet, si&nbsp;la bienveillance permet l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une plus grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019informations, l\u2019ouverture pousse \u00e0 la recherche des plus diverses d\u2019entre elles tout en facilitant leur int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouvrons sur l\u2019importance du r\u00f4le du leader dans le partage des id\u00e9es. En effet, il est une pi\u00e8ce pivot entre l\u2019\u00e9quipe qu\u2019il m\u00e8ne et le reste de l\u2019organisation, en termes de communication. Il permet aussi l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un climat serein, riche de respect mutuel et d\u2019ouverture aux id\u00e9es d\u2019autrui.
