Cependant, les souffrances au travail et le d\u00e9sengagement des salari\u00e9s sont omnipr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bonheur au travail est-il un concept utopique&nbsp;? Le manager RH est-il vecteur de bien-\u00eatre au sein de son entreprise&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le bonheur \u00ab&nbsp;gadget&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La culture du fun<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises multiplient leurs efforts afin d\u2019instaurer le bien-\u00eatre sur le lieu de travail&nbsp;: babyfoot, salle de sport, after-work ou encore team building. La start-up fran\u00e7aise, A Little Market y consacre m\u00eame un budget de 100&nbsp;000\u20ac par an. <strong>Mais pour autant s\u2019int\u00e9resse-t-on r\u00e9ellement aux<\/strong> <strong>attentes des salari\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;? Certaines entreprises mettent en avant ces attraits en oubliant les fondamentaux&nbsp;: organisation, \u00e9coute et sens du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tendance de cette qu\u00eate du bonheur am\u00e8ne\n\u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles fonctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La communication marketing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9tier de CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) vient\nd\u2019\u00e9merger en France, le responsable du bonheur en entreprise, nous vient tout\ndroit de la Silicon Valley! Garant de la bonne ambiance au travail, il\norganise, entre autre, des barbecues, des concerts et renouvelle le\nmobilier.&nbsp; Julia De Fun\u00e8s, philosophe et\ndipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en RH, d\u00e9crit le CHO comme \u00ab&nbsp;<em>un\nemploi fictif<\/em><strong>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> et le bonheur\nau travail comme \u00ab&nbsp;<em>une hypocrisie\nmanag\u00e9riale<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. Les\nd\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux s\u2019insurgent et soup\u00e7onnent un plan social \u00ab&nbsp;d\u00e9guis\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb\ncar 800 postes de cadres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9s. En effet, via cette r\u00e9organisation,\n<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Auchan a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des \u00e9conomies de\nplusieurs millions d\u2019euros par an<\/em>&nbsp;<em>\u00bb.<\/em>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Christian Baudelot et Michel Gollac, sociologues, <em>\u00ab&nbsp;les nouvelles formes d\u2019organisation du travail peuvent aussi bien augmenter les sources de satisfaction et d\u2019\u00e9panouissement que cr\u00e9er de la souffrance&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise lib\u00e9r\u00e9e a fait ses preuves\nmais peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une <strong>pression accrue\nenvers les salari\u00e9s<\/strong> d\u00fbe \u00e0 une <strong>surcharge\nde travail et de responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u00ab Les nouvelles formes d\u2019organisation du travail peuvent aussi bien augmenter les sources de satisfaction et d\u2019\u00e9panouissement que cr\u00e9er de la souffrance \u00bb<\/em><\/p><cite> Christian Baudelot et Michel Gollac, sociologues <\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les freins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La subjectivit\u00e9 du bonheur au travail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Travail\n\u00ab&nbsp;passion&nbsp;\u00bb, travail \u00ab&nbsp;alimentaire&nbsp;\u00bb, besoin vital, chaque\nindividu a sa propre conception du travail. <strong>Les attentes et besoins diff\u00e8rent et \u00e9voluent dans le temps.<\/strong> Julia\nDe Fun\u00e8s, philosophe, estime que par d\u00e9finition, le bonheur \u00ab&nbsp;<em>est ind\u00e9finissable<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb et \u00ab&nbsp;<em>d\u00e9pend de contextes ext\u00e9rieurs<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. L\u2019entreprise\nne peut pas et ne doit pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 chaque aspiration individuelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-ce que le travail est une cl\u00e9 du bonheur,\nou est-ce notre propre bonheur qui nous permet d\u2019\u00eatre heureux au travail&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La responsabilit\u00e9 du salari\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le\nsalari\u00e9 a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans sa qu\u00eate du bonheur<\/strong>. Confucius\ndisait&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Choisissez un m\u00e9tier que vous aimez et vous n\u2019aurez plus \u00e0\ntravailler un seul jour de votre vie&nbsp;\u00bb. <\/em>Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une d\u00e9marche que chaque individu\ndoit mener, se conna\u00eetre mieux, afin d\u2019aller l\u00e0 o\u00f9 son \u00e9panouissement sera possible.\n\u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019implication dans le travail s\u2019inscrit avant tout dans une histoire\net un cheminement personnel<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb (Maurice Th\u00e9venet, professeur au CNAM et\n\u00e0 l\u2019ESSEC \u2013 Le plaisir de travailler &#8211; 2007)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais sommes-nous tous \u00e9gaux face au bonheur au\ntravail&nbsp;? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les disparit\u00e9s face au bonheur au travail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi a \u00e9volu\u00e9 et a\nfragilis\u00e9 une partie des salari\u00e9s. <em>\u00ab&nbsp;La\n<strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9<\/strong> et\ndes petits boulots\u2026ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 des conditions qui sont loin de favoriser\nl\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019un rapport plus heureux au travail&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> (C. Baudelot et M.\nGollac &#8211; Travailler pour \u00eatre heureux &#8211; 2002). Les conditions de travail leur\nsont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins favorables, horaires tr\u00e8s flexibles (2*8, 3*8, nuit\u2026),\ntemps partiel\u2026 Nous pouvons en d\u00e9duire que le bonheur au travail est plus\naccessible pour les salari\u00e9s stables \u00e0 temps plein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, les <strong>difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques<\/strong> que peuvent vivre les entreprises sont \u00e9galement\nsusceptibles d\u2019avoir un impact sur le bonheur au travail. Effectivement, la survie\nde l\u2019entreprise sera alors la priorit\u00e9 de l\u2019employeur. Parfois, elles manquent de\nmoyens financiers et humains qui les emp\u00eachent d\u2019instaurer une qualit\u00e9 de vie\nau travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bonheur au travail est parfois un\nconcept de communication, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut d\u2019\u00eatre strat\u00e9gique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le salari\u00e9 peut aussi \u00eatre vecteur de son propre bonheur en\nentreprise.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le\nmanager RH a le devoir de veiller \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail, car il s\u2019agit\nd\u2019un enjeu soci\u00e9tal, tant pour la sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique de chaque\nindividu, que pour les performances des entreprises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malheureusement, le concept du bonheur au travail est parfois un outil marketing qui sert uniquement de faire-valoir \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. Les besoins et les attentes des salari\u00e9s ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment prioris\u00e9s, ce qui explique en partie l\u2019augmentation des risques psycho-sociaux. Selon une enqu\u00eate de l&rsquo;Anses, le \u00ab taux de pathologies professionnelles li\u00e9es aux RPS \u00bb est pass\u00e9 de 3,7 % en 2001 \u00e0 14,6 % en 2009, dans le secteur de l&rsquo;industrie, et de 8 % \u00e0 37 % dans la sant\u00e9.  <br><strong>\ufeffIl faut avant tout favoriser le dialogue social et recentrer l\u2019humain au coeur de l\u2019entreprise. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la pression du toujours plus vite, toujours moins cher, et z\u00e9ro d\u00e9lai, est telle que le bonheur au travail est parfois rel\u00e9gu\u00e9 au second plan.
